Statement of Philosophy: Healthy, authentic voice use is a human right and a personal joy. As a speech clinician in a medical setting, as well as a trained musician, actor, and healer, I draw from a broad range of techniques according to clients' individual needs. I have special interests in the language of voice training and in the neuro-cognitive control of "invisible" systems such as voice. I believe that the vocal arts and sciences have much to learn from each other, and that intuitive sensitivity to the body can coexist with objective problem-solving and accountability.
