We are excited about your participation in the 2019 VASTA Conference; Connectors, Communicators, and Culture. Thank you for being part of it!

In order to successfully and seamlessly provide our attendees with everything they need in planning for the conference, we require the following from you by April 15th, 2019.

Information requested:

  • Upload your signed contract.
  • The title of your presentation with a description of fewer than 100 words.
  • Your bio (approximately 500 words) including a link to your website, podcast, or blog.
  • Upload your headshot.
  • If available, an article about you and/or your work to be shared on social media.
  • A list of media and room requirements. - Room requirements might include things like “no chairs,” or “participants wear exercise clothing.” Media requirements might include such things as “projector and sound.”
  • VASTA will not provide a computer for your presentation. Please bring your own computer and adapters if necessary.
  • Uploaded W-9 Form, completed and signed.
  • Method of payment for the first ½ of your fee: Paypal (preferred) or mailed check.

Your handouts, if any, can be uploaded here OR must be emailed to kkingsbury@vastathe .org with subject line “Featured Artist Materials” by June 1st. These materials will be included in the conference app. If hard copies are necessary during the presentation, it is the responsibility of the presenter to provide them.

We are looking forward to working with you as we make the final arrangements for what promises to be an exciting conference and valuable opportunity for our community.
