About Business

Jennifer Thomas is the founder of The Voice Coach, LLC, a business dedicated to helping professional voice users speak their own unique stories.

For over 30 years, Jenny has drawn on her experience as an opera singer, amateur linguist, stage/voice/improv actor and voice, speech and dialect coach, to develop a unique approach to voice training for actors, entrepreneurs, educators, advocates, leaders, and creators. Jenny introduces practical skills training through exercises, tools, practice strategies, and awareness techniques. Then she weaves in intuitive learning, such as imagery, auditory feedback, kinesthetic awareness and abstract thinking. All the while, Jenny nurtures trust, brings out courage and normalizes perseverance. Jenny’s VoCo Approach empowers her students to embody the 4 "C's" of Confidence, Control, Connection and Clarity for a voice that can truly speak their message.
