Confidence to Speak offers speech coaching services in Aberdeen and across Scotland. We offer clients speech coaching informed by executive coaching practices to help improve public speaking, presentation skills and boardroom management. We also offer a therapeutic speech practice that helps with childhood speech delay, speech impediments and developmental challenges.
Our driving goal is to help people gain confidence to speak – in any situation, find their true voice and be heard, and to have the opportunity to make a difference. We help clients speak better – developing confidence to speak in any situation, and building the confidence and skills to speak more effectively, powerfully and with integrity.
We give clients the tools to gain confidence to speak, to develop vocal strength and speaking skills, to soften an accent, to deliver an unforgettable speech, to address and manage health-related problems, and to experience an overall sense of wellbeing. We provide expert tuition to help you achieve your personal and professional goals and feel better about how you come across to others.

Donald has for 30 years been coaching people to improve their speech and speaking abilities. His 20-year background in the health, voluntary and education charity sectors, affords him a unique insight into learning, personal and professional development and change management.

In the 2010s he started a coaching and training business, working with executives and team members worldwide.

He is the founder and currently the lead coach at Confidence to Speak.
